The lovely Lauren Bable is this week's guest on TRIP ON THIS. In this episode, Lauren shares her story about navigating some difficult experiences when she first moved to LA from Australia, followed by a major health scare when she learned she had a brain tumor five years ago.

Though thankfully physically recovered now, those who have dealt with any serious health scares or trauma know the feelings that come with those events can stay long after the experience is over.

Lauren discusses how her recent psychedelic trips were life changing experiences for her and has brought a whole new level of clarity and ACTION to her healing journey.
